The 4 Manager Roles (5 people) makes up the local NAI City Team

Team Director

1-2 executives leading & managing the entire local City Team.

The NAI representatives of the Nordic-ASEAN Community in your city
Manage & build a multifunctional team, exercise & get first hand experience of leadership. Coordinate & lead the meetings of your team.
Develop & manage partnership relations with government, companies & NGOs
Project lead, execute & develop annual plans & projects with your team
Work with global strategies & development with other city teams

Marketing Manager

1 person in charge of managing media & marketing of team activities.

Design marketing material, develop & execute marketing campaigns.
Lead & build your own Marketing Team. Take part in the Cityboard with other Managers.
Produce one annual Podcast with your team. Tell the story of your team.
Author articles about Nordic-ASEAN entrepreneur stories for the NIA newsletter.
Work with Social Media. Develop & experiment with NIA story telling & outreach.

Event Manager

1 person in charge of all planning, design & execution of events.

Work with event concepts, management & logistics. Networking events, fireside chats, on- & offline.
Lead & build your own Event Team. Take part in the Cityboard with other Managers.
Moderate events, liaison with partners, speakers & other parts of your city team.
Arrange pitch sessions in the Nordics or market & industry demand events in ASEAN.
Schedule & execute all local events.

Business Content Manager

1 person in charge of company contacts & event business content.

Develop concepts & methods to explore & elevate market & industry demand in ASEAN & Nordics.
Lead & build your own Business Team. Take part in the Cityboard with other Managers.
Contact & build relations with Nordic & ASEAN startups, scaleups & business orgs.
Recruit Nordic companies for matchmaking delegations traveling to ASEAN.
Prepare & lead matchmaking & meetings for the Nordic Companies traveling to ASEAN.

Team Associate

Event Team - Marketing Team - Business Team. Responsible of one or more particular projects or tasks under a manager.

Join as Team Associate in one of the teams: Event Team, Marketing Team, Business Team.
Work with & support your Team Manager & together with your other Team Associate.
Take responsibility & focus on one or more specific projects & tasks in your team.
Become part of building & developing the local Nordic-ASEAN community in your city.
